I have a rich background in customer service, beginning with my first official role at Telvista Mexicali’s AT&T service department when I was 18. Since then, I've accumulated extensive experience in various customer service positions. After graduating from Cortez High School in 2011, I pursued a degree in systems engineering at our local University ITSPP.
Throughout my career, I have diversified my skills through roles in different sectors. Prior to joining Leticia's team, I served as a team lead for Kirkland Vodka's distribution team. In this capacity, I managed the tracking of shipments across domestic and international lanes, ensuring the provision of quality service to distributors, drivers, and clients to meet strict deadlines.
In 2022, I embraced a new challenge in Real Estate Law, marking a significant shift in my professional trajectory. This transition sparked a deep commitment to acquiring comprehensive knowledge and skills to excel in this field. I am enthusiastic about my ongoing journey with the MDP family and am dedicated to contributing my expertise to our collective success.
